Blessings this February 2010

February marked the start of the campaign period. I was so happy when my first batch of tarpaulins that says “Alex Tinsay for Senator” came out from the printing machines. I couldn’t believe that I am really now a senatorial candidate duly approved by the Comelec.

I dropped by DZBB not as an announcer but as a senatoriable. Delighted to see my colleagues, Mike Enriquez and Arnold Clavio.

Then a very overwhelming and momentous day for Bangon Pilipinas on February 9 as supporters flocked to Luneta despite 2-day notice only. The blessing of God is evident in the downpouring of love and support from Filipinos. My daughters were part of the opening #, we reenacted the washing of feet like what Jesus did, to symbolize servant leadership. Unity upheld. Biggest flag (PHIL FLAG) in the world was unfurled. Hallelujah!

Celebrated New Year with family and Chinese friends in Binondo=) Then went to Vaseco, Tondo and enjoyed a boodle fiest with the people and kids. Later that day, the Bangon Pilipinas candidates got to speak and share our vision and platform, and gloc9 and papuri artists performed.

After, we went to Agora Market in San Juan, had a motorcade from San Juan to West Crame then to University Belt. We attended Tapatan Presidential Forum at Centro Eskolar University. The students enthusiastically welcomed Bangon Candidates.

We went to Iloilo and Bacolod where we were warmly accepted by family, especially the Tinsay clan, friends and supporters.

I went with Kata Inocencio to ABSCBN where we were interviewed by Karen Davila.

Enjoyed Hong Kong with my wife and the Bangon Pilipinas slate. The support of Filipinos there was overwhelming. My sister and her daughter toured us around.

By the time we got back to the Philippines, we were delightfully surprised by supporters at the airport.

At Zoe Studios, Paolo Bediones stopped by. Also, I even got to meet my favorite player, Johnny Abbarientos.

February, we also shot an ALEX TINSAY COMMERCIAL that’s coming out soon so watch out for it! =)

Praise God and thanks everyone for the successful Bangon Pilipinas motorcade from People’s monument to Plaza Miranda. It was a fun memorable and historic event participated by over 1000 vehicles. Tayo na sa pagbabago! =)

A couple of months more before elections. Pls continue to pray, support and campaign for Bangon Pilipinas! It takes each of us to have GENUINE CHANGE andRIGHTEOUS GOVERNMENT in the Phils. Para sa pagmamahal natin ng Diyos at ang Bayan, BUMOTO NG TAMA! Vote straight BANGON PILIPINAS!
